1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this period, unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal hygiene items (in-ear headphones, brushes, opened cosmetics, etc.)


3. Return Procedure

Return shipping costs:

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued via your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

7. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Shipping and return costs are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)

  • Customs duties or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable
